  • 3 or 4 days of comfortable, casual clothing such as slacks, jeans, tops, sweaters
  • Exercise clothes: warm-up suit, sweats, shorts, tennis shoes 
  • 2 pairs of comfortable shoes
  • Warm sweater and/or jacket
  • Hair care appliances and toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, razor, lotions, etc), no alcohol-based or aerosol products are allowed; no nail polish or polish remover
  • Telephone calling card for outgoing calls
  • Address book, stationary, stamps and a notebook
  • Any necessary medication in prescription bottles with only one or two pills. Please DO NOT refill your prescriptions before coming to the facility.
  • Alarm clock 
  • Money for personal items that are available on campus
