Hazelden announced today that it will expand its outpatient addiction treatment and mental health care services to Chaska, Minnesota, in a clinic that will serve adults and adolescents (as young as 12).

Philip Gianelli, M.D., medical director of Hazelden in New York City and director of addiction psychiatry at the West Midtown Medical Group, has been named 2011 Addiction Physician of the Year by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
